The first module of the EAU Talent Incubator Programme will specifically target your leadership and communication skill set which are crucial in the fast-paced and demanding aspects of your career. Enhance your non-medical competencies such as work and time management; conflict resolution; building professional relationships; leadership skills, and excel in providing more homogeneous urological care.
What to expect
The YUO programme will have a duration of 2.5 days and cover vital topics such as:
- Decision-making for individuals and groups
- Negotiating and influencing
- Assertiveness in the workplace
- Presenting yourself well in a range of work situations
- How to get the best out of your team, to name a few.

- A 2-minute video pitch on why you would like to join the program

The EAU Talent Incubator Programme, taking place in Innsbruck, Austria, from 11 to 13 January 2024, has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) for a maximum of 17 European CME credits (ECMEC®s).
Each medical specialist should claim only those credits that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
