Duration Approx. 60 minutes

The assessment and management of the acute scrotum forms part of the fundamental skillset of any urologist in training. The presentation of the acute scrotum requires prompt assessment to exclude testicular torsion, which, if suspected may require emergent surgical exploration. In this e-course, we will cover key aspects of the topic, including the differential diagnoses, mechanisms and surgical approaches to the acute scrotum. A thorough review of the guidelines and latest evidence will underpin the presentation and there will be time to discuss clinical cases.

CME: This e-course is accredited with 1 European CME credit (ECMEC®) upon completion.
